As the founder of ARC Multifamily Group, Robert is a real estate industry veteran with over 2 decades of investing and operating experience. In addition to this experience, Robert has personally managed over $120M of construction and over $450M of value-add real estate projects since 2008. Robert has lead ARC Multifamily to acquire over 2,000 units in the Southeast US. He earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance. Robert currently serves on the Advisory Board of the UCI Paul Merage School of Business’ Center for Real Estate.
Brad Crisman
Director of Property Management
Brad brings Axia nearly two decades of experience in all asset classes of multifamily. With unparalleled team development skills, Brad cultivates an experience for associates that elevates expectations and results in a superior living experience for Axia residents. Beginning his career during college at Austin Peay State University, Brad has held roles ranging from Site Operations to Executive Vice President with Meridian, American Landmark and GVA. Brad’s abilities to troubleshoot processes from all angles have led to his track record of fostering high performing teams.
Gabby Ayers
Regional Operations Manager
With over 12 years of industry experience in the Southeast, Gabby’s ability to execute business plans comes from the wealth of knowledge she gained onsite. During her time with One Street Residential and Meridian, Gabby has managed a wide array asset-types, ranging from affordable, market, garden lease-ups and luxury high-rise. Gabby’s track record includes repositioning assets and stabilizations ahead of schedule. With a hands-on approach, Gabby visits her sites often in order to provide an extra hand when needed or just adding the value of developing Axia’s MVPs - the site team.
Natalie Vera
Performance and Product
Natalie is a dedicated professional bringing nearly a decade of property management experience. With the largest part of her career coming from Cortland, Natalie has held various roles that has led her to have a detailed approach as it relates to project management and performance of operations. Overseeing the Quality Control teams and leading the charge on the renovation plans, Natalie bridges the gap of communication, minimizing downtime or missed move-in dates. For stabilized assets, Natalie assists in fine-tuning performance-related processes to maximize the value of each asset. Natalie is also a proud alumnus of Kennesaw State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies.

Fulfilling a core-value of being people-centered at Axia, Mary oversees the experiences for both internal and external customers - our associates and investors. With this approach, our associates create experiences for residents at each community to drive retention and reputation.
Amy Montes
Managing Partner
With a wealth of knowledge, Amy is a graduate of Whittier Law School and has always been recognized for her advocacy, passion and most importantly - her leadership abilities. Throughout her career, she has always operated under the lens of ‘every detail is worth a second look’ and this has leveraged Axia an early start on brand identity. With operations to the forefront, Amy leads with a servant’s heart and ensures Axia’s brand is known for its integrity and excellence.
Tim Crisman
Director of Investments
With almost two decades of experience, Tim has spent a great deal of his career at Cortland in Atlanta. While getting his BA in Real Estate at Austin Peay State University, Tim started his career repositioning assets during the Great Financial Crisis. Primarily operations-driven, Tim has the ability to ensure investment goals on assets are realistic and what it takes to accomplish strategies. In this role, Tim ensures all major facets are alligned - Operations, Accounting, Projects and Investments at all times.
